Job Description
• Lead the team towards commitment and ownership. Lead the team towards customer impact. Lead the team with clear processes: Take E2E ownership and accountability of establishing agile values, drive the team to estimate the work, methods, principles & practices for the delivery of our product.
• Uncover technical impediments, facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts, and enable the exploration of alternatives or different approaches & ensure no impact.
• Support the team by developing and owning processes such as the bug process and drive together with the engineering lead and Q&A the reflection on what to improve.
• Organise, run and facilitate sprint plannings, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and report on quantifiable progress and productivity.
• Collaborate on backlog refinement with product and customer interfaces with UX as required for technical delivery and report on project progress & activities.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Commitment to the team and our purpose
• Availability to lead an engineering team with strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of IT technologies & architecture
• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Excellent planning, communication, presentation & reporting skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Certified Scrum Master with ability to work hands on in a Startup
• Multicultural skills: You will join a team with functional and technical profiles that is involved in multi-site development activities.
