Job Description
SDA Services is seeking a detail-oriented SDA Review Report Consultant to join our team either remotely across Australia or in our Cleveland, Queensland office. We are a disability services provider supporting NDIS participants to navigate the complex Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) pathway. Our consultants prepare high-quality, detailed review reports that address the SDA Rules, the NDIS Act, and relevant case law to build compelling, evidence-based submissions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, an analytical mind, and a passion for helping others. Experience in disability services, law or allied health is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Draft and edit detailed SDA review reports pursuant to relevant legislation, rules and industry standards
Analyse allied health evidence and provide feedback to ensure alignment with SDA requirements
Collaborate with participants, supports, and housing providers to understand needs and preferences
Prepare reports for Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) matters
Maintain accurate records and manage workload independently
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and interpret legislation, evidence, and participant information (training provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Understanding of confidentiality, sensitivity and professional boundaries
