What You will do
❖ Lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
❖ Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
❖ Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
❖ Hire a quality team to deliver a world class product.
❖ Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
❖ Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.
What you will need
❖ 6+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments
❖ A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing, & building high performance teams.
❖ Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
❖ Good leadership and communication skills
