RazerTech Consulting is looking to hire a SDE-II /SDE-III for one of a early-stage fast paced startup based in Mumbai.
Minimum Requirement :
• Minimum 2yrs exp working on MERN (MongoDB ExpressJs ReactJs NodeJs) tech stack
• 4+ yrs exp working on JS (Java Script), B2B & B2C products, Devops etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Drive the end-to-end development process, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment.
• Hands-on involvement in coding and development tasks when needed
• Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, code quality, and documentation.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices to ensure efficient deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Mater's Degree Preferred
