SDE - Machine Learning

What you'll do:Develop and refine NLP applications to enable the creation of structured digital processes using plain text descriptions, enhancing the ease and efficiency of system interactions.Utilize AI technologies to innovate and improve business processes, including but not limited to data analysis, process efficiency, and predictive modeling.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and execute opportunities fo new features and AI-driven product enhancements.Lead the development lifecycle of AI modules, from concept through deployment, ensuring high quality and performance standards.Manage and fine-tune both proprietary and open-source machine learning models to meet evolving product needs.What you bring:Hands on experience in NLP and generative AI models, with a solid foundation in Python and exposure in model fine-tuning and training.Experience in deploying AI models into production environments and scaling them to handle large volumes of data or requests.Knowledge of ethical AI use, data privacy laws, and model transparency. Understanding the implications of AI and ensuring responsible usage1 - 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI, preferably in a SaaS environment.Strong system design and architecture skills, with demonstrated capability in scalable systems.Proficiency in PythonExposure with major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with APIs like OpenAI.A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, comfortable working across time zones and with diverse teams.Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in AI and related technologies.Experience with AWS Bedrock, and Sagemaker is a plus.
