About role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead with at least 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be an expert in React Native development and possess a deep understanding of its core concepts and principles.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of junior developers. You should have experience with project management, including planning, task delegation, and tracking progress. You should also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement software solutions using React Native.
• Set up a React native application along with all the deployment processes.
• Solve all the 0 to 1 problem associated with building and productionizing an app from scratch.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in React Native development.
• Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with webpack automation,
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and other SDLC processes is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Requirements:
• Native development experience on either iOS or Android
• A react native app is already in production with a significant number of downloads.
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks for react native.
