About the role:The SDR Managers will manage and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) whose goal is to generate revenue by developing opportunities for the sales teams. The SDR manager is the eyes and ears at the top of the sales funnel, making sure there are enough leads in the pipeline to make targets.

Responsibilities
• Build and grow a high performing team of inbound & outbound SDRs through experience-led mentorship
• Establish & track metrics and help the team improve and understand their performance
• Refine the sales pitch & opportunity qualification process to generate high-quality leads
• Drive ICP recognizing mindset for opportunity prioritization and optimized sales effort
• Ensure the proper use of CRM and other internal tools for effective data management
• Set up upskilling & training programs for the team in collaboration with sales trainers
• Manage the inbound lead flow and track efficiency of sales and marketing programs
• Work closely with AEs to identify areas of improvement for prioritizing & qualifying leads
• Report on key performance metrics for the team on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
• Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment of overall sales targets
• Present performance reports and share data-driven insights for improving sales performance
• Help develop retraining and performance review materials for quarterly sales off sites
• Contribute to our overall Sales & Growth strategy by working with the Regional Sales Managers, VP Sales, CRO, and the executive team on cross-geography projects
• Help create an encouraging, high-energy & positive environment to foster the team’s growth
Requirements
• Must have a total of 8-12 years of sales experience with excellent communication skills
• Must have 3-5 years of B2B Enterprise/ SaaS sales experience managing teams
• Data-driven mindset with some experience in reporting and presenting analysis
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment
• Capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
• Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Fluency in English, Hindi &/or other relevant regional languages
• Excited to travel, meet people, and build life-long relationships
