This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. As a Software Developer Tester Engineer, you will work to deliver top-quality web and cloud software while ensuring robust testing and quality assurance practices.
Requirements:
Location: Pune.
WFO mandatory: Though it is currently 3 days a week, the candidate should be willing to 5 days a week.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline from a reputed engineering college.
Experience: 7 to + years of strong programming skills in Web and Cloud Technologies.
Technical Skills (Primary Skill):
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts and methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Java 11+, Spring Core, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data, and other Spring modules.
Experience in developing RESTful web services and integrating with heterogeneous clients.
Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and writing complex queries.
Familiarity with object caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, ActiveMQ, Zookeeper).
Hands-on experience with Build and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gradle, Docker, GitLab).
Experience with unit and automation testing tools (e.g., JUnit, Rest Assured, Spring Test, JMeter).
Proficient in web and application servers (e.g., Tomcat, Nginx) and Linux scripting.
Working knowledge of UML, software design patterns, microservices, distributed systems, resiliency, and security.
Strong communication skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Flexibility under changing conditions and the ability to multi-task between projects.
Experience in Agile Scrum development methodology.
Nice to Have Skills (Secondary Skill):
Experience in QA principles, test planning, and strategy development.
Experience with QA automation tools, Selenium, and API testing.
Familiarity with verifying infrastructure, code quality, and DevOps pipelines.
Knowledge of log aggregation and operational event monitoring technologies (e.g., ELK Stack, Splunk, Grafana).
Experience with Amazon Web Services (e.g., ECS, Lambda, Batch, API Gateway).
Knowledge of Python and Groovy.
Experience with search technologies (e.g., Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch).
Keen interest in new technologies and their timely adoption.
