Responsibilities
Construct garments from initial design sketches to finished products, ensuring high-quality standards.
Operate sewing machines efficiently and accurately to assemble clothing items.
Collaborate with the design team to develop new styles and prototypes.
Modify and alter garments based on fit and design specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
Assist in inventory management within the manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Follow production schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Skills
Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques.
Proficiency with sewing machines and various sewing tools.
Strong understanding of fashion design principles and fabric properties.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and patterns accurately.
Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and organizational skills.
