Job Description
Job Description / Requirement:
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
• Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics & Adobe analytics
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Team Handling Experience
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Search Engine Marketing strategy
• Manage a team of search engine marketing specialists and ensure their efforts align with the overall strategy
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google and Bing
• Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Collaborate with other teams (e.g. content, design, and sales) to develop and implement effective landing pages and ad copy
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine marketing trends and industry developments
• Prepare reports and present results to senior management
• International Experience US, UK, Europe in PPC Campaign management
KPI's
• Increased website traffic from search engines
• Increased lead generation through search engines
• Improved cost per sale Improved return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Improved quality score Increased market share in the mobile sim card acquisitions industry
Mandate Skillsets / General Skills
• Proven experience as SEM Manager
• 10+ years of SEM Google & Bing
• SEM Strategy and planning
• Budget handling and allocation
• End-to-end SEM campaign management experience
• Hands-on experience on Google Analytics, digital Marketing Tools
• International Experience in PPC / SEM
Education Qualification
• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
