Job Title: SEO Executive - Website & YouTube
Ethinos Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a skilled SEO YouTube Executives with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for optimizing videos on YouTube to improve their visibility and ranking on the platform's search engine results pages. Additionally, responsible for optimizing our clients' websites and online presence to improve their search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to their websites.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Website:
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms
• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase website visibility and search engine rankings
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues that may be hurting website performance
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and SEO metrics to measure the success of SEO campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that website content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO strategies
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve our clients' online presence
• Provide regular SEO reports to clients and communicate SEO strategies and recommendations effectively
For Youtube:
• Keyword research: Conducting keyword research to identify relevant and high-volume keywords to target in video titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Video optimization: Optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and closed captions to improve their relevance and searchability.
• Audience analysis: Analyzing audience demographics and behavior to create content that appeals to their interests and engages them.
• Analytics tracking: Using YouTube analytics tools to track video performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve video optimization.
• Competitive analysis: Conducting competitor analysis to identify their strengths and weaknesses and develop strategies to improve video ranking and visibility.
• Collaboration: Collaborating with content creators, video editors, and other stakeholders to create and optimize videos for YouTube.
• Industry trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest YouTube and SEO trends to ensure that videos are optimized to meet changing algorithms and user preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to websites and You Tube channels.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
