Job Description: As an SEO Specialist at Webstra Softech, you will be responsible for optimizing our clients' websites and digital assets to improve their search engine rankings and overall online performance. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant and high-potential keywords for our clients' industries and target audiences.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices and improve search engine rankings.
• Technical SEO: Perform technical audits of websites, identify issues affecting crawlability and indexability, and implement solutions to improve site health.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-driven content that addresses user intent, engages audiences, and supports keyword strategies.
• Link Building: Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective strategies to enhance website authority and improve rankings.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Algorithm Updates: Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve rankings.
• Client Communication: Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and results to clients, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and client-facing skills.
• Technical SEO knowledge and experience with website optimization.
