Roles and Responsibilities:
• Paid and Organic Integration: Develop and execute marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate paid advertising with organic SEO efforts to drive growth and improve online visibility.
• Growth Specialist: Act as a growth marketing specialist, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimizing marketing initiatives to achieve maximum results.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Enhance the customer experience by tailoring marketing strategies to meet client KPIs, including branding and customer satisfaction.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present marketing strategies and results to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Presentation Skills: Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate marketing strategies and outcomes to clients and internal teams.
• Excellent Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex marketing concepts and strategies.
• Project Manager Interaction: Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Internal Team Readability: Create presentations and reports that are easily understandable by the internal team, enabling effective collaboration and alignment.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and strategies.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and their integration with organic SEO efforts.
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles and client engagement.
• Expertise in using data to drive marketing insights and decisions.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO and growth marketing
