Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO Team Lead to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies. The SEO Team Lead will be responsible for creating and executing on-site and off-site SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing content, monitoring and analyzing website traffic, and developing reports to track progress and results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of SEO specialists to develop and implement effective SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize website content
• Analyze website traffic and monitor search engine rankings to develop reports and track progress
• Develop and execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies to improve website performance
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure website content and design is optimized for search engines
• Manage and optimize link-building campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and best practices
• Provide regular reports and analysis on SEO performance to the management team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies
• Strong understanding of on-site and off-site SEO strategies
• Experience with keyword research and optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz
