Scan client tax documents
Upload documents into the firm’s document management system
Ensure documents are saved to the correct client and tax-year folders
Confirm scanned documents are clear, complete, and legible
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed during tax season
Qualifications
No tax knowledge required
Familiarity with common tax documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using scanners, computers, and basic office technology
Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a professional office environment
Position Details
Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours per week
Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience
Location: In-office only
