Position Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and outgoing Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to capture behind-the-scenes moments, event setups, ride operations, team culture, customer reactions, and create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
This is NOT a corporate office marketing role.
We want someone who:
understands TikTok culture
enjoys filming fast-paced events
can create fun and engaging content quickly
loves storytelling and social media trends
is comfortable working around live events and entertainment
Responsibilities
Film behind-the-scenes content at events
Capture ride setups, event transformations, and crew moments
Create TikTok and Instagram Reel content
Edit short-form videos for social media
Post and schedule content consistently
Follow social media trends and viral formats
Record customer reactions and event highlights
Film owner/team personality content
Create engaging captions and hooks
Help grow our TikTok and Instagram presence
Organize and store content files
Travel to events throughout Manitoba and surrounding areas
Requirements
Experience creating TikTok/Reels content
Comfortable filming with iPhone or camera equipment
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Creative personality with strong social media awareness
Must be reliable and organized
Comfortable working weekends and events
Must be able to travel for events
Must have transportation or reliable way to get to events
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Photography/video experience is an asset but not required
Bonus Skills
Drone footage experience
Graphic design
Photography
Experience growing social media pages
Experience filming live events
