Responsibilities
Arrive at work on time and prepare yourself for anything
Communicate regularly with Golf Shop Staff regarding current cart, driving range and clubhouse needs
Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked work area
Ensure golf carts are always available for guest use
Maintain golf cart fleet: clean, prepare, park, and operate carts in accordance with Echo Falls' standards
Make eye contact and greet guests with a sincere acknowledgement suitable for the situation
Be aware of driving range conditions
Monitors and ensures range balls are stocked and available for guest use
Keeps practice facility teeing area organized, clean and fully stocked
Disposes of outside garbage when needed
Helps with on-course guest service situations
Ensures equipment is stored properly and safety practices are enforced
Written and verbal instructions are provided during orientation and throughout the work season
We need Team Members to be proactive, ask questions and communicate professionally and courteously with all guests and fellow co-workers

What you’ll do:

The Brass Tacks
• Arrive at work on time and prepare yourself for anything
