Job Description
Gemini is looking for multiple Seasonal Team Members to join the team on 1st Shift at our location in Neustadt, ON! The schedule for this position is 5/8 hour days from 7:00am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri) with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on customer demand and business requirements. Overtime is scheduled as needed. The position is responsible for proficiency and flexibility in all positions within the plant to respond to and support production based on business need. Pay Rate: $1+.01 per hour, experience considered.
A day as a Seasonal Team Member can include:
Operating machinery and equipment throughout a production environment
Producing, finishing, shipping high quality letters and logos for Gemini customers
Cross training around the shop and collaborating with other team members
Fast paced work in a clean, safe environment
1st shift hours, Summer Seasonal
Reporting to the Plant Manager
Required Education/Experience:
Secondary School or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience and 1 – 2 years of experience in a production environment.
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
Manufacturing Experience
Automotive Paint Experience
