CSA Tax is looking for some seasonal tax preparer. . The job will pay from $20.00 - $60.00 based on experience.
The start date would be January 2026. Potential Temp to Perm
Responsibilities:
Prepare individual and business tax returns
Answer client calls, and respond to client e-mails
Personable and communicates clearly with clients and staff
Good time management and organizational skills
Downloading & uploading digital documents to client portals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Experience with ProSystem fx is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize, and be deadline oriented
40-50 hour work week
Potential Temp to Full time or seasonal help.
CPA/EA is Preferred not required
Paid Hourly based on experience
