With Christmas just around the corner, Harris Scarfe Belconnen is looking for Casual team members who will join a hard working, vibrant and fun team to deliver exceptional customer service and store presentations standards through the most merry time of the year.
The ideal candidates will have full availability and no holidays booked throughout this period.
Group interviews will be conducted in the coming weeks, please ensure you are regularly checking your emails for communication if you have been selected to attend the event.
Reporting to the Store Management team, you will be responsible for:
Providing customer service
Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
Working in a range of departments
Performing daily activities i.e. stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
Processing and Pick Packing online orders including consistent lifting of light loads
To be successful you will have:
A passion for service and retail
Retail experience- preferably within a big-box retail space
The ability to multitask
Effective communication skills
Strong teamwork ability
A focus on safety
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
