Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Install and finish cabinetry, doors, door frames, windows, and other interior structures.
Install all types of sheeting, including plasterboard, fibre cement sheeting, eaves, etc.
Flushing/wall repairs, cornice installation, etc,
Installation of skirting boards, architraves, quad, etc.
Conduct all types of second-fix carpentry repairs and maintenance on existing residential dwellings.
Internal timber framing
Installation of kitchen/linen cupboards
General home maintenance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in second fix work.
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Good physical condition and stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
Police check & WWCC also required to work on-site. This can be organise during the hiring process.
