Overview
We are seeking skilled Plumbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to work effectively on various construction sites. This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency in using hand and power tools, and the capability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required for various projects.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively on construction sites.
Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and equipment.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards.
Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
Experience with HVAC systems is advantageous.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
Strong mechanical knowledge with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Previous experience in carpentry or remodeling is preferred.
Valid commercial driving license may be required for transporting materials to job sites.
Maintenance Person experience is beneficial for performing diverse tasks related to plumbing projects.
