Notre clinique dentaire moderne et conviviale est Ă  la recherche d’un(e) secrĂ©taire dentaire fiable, organisĂ©(e) et souriant(e) pour rejoindre notre Ă©quipe.
Tu joueras un rÎle essentiel en offrant un accueil chaleureux aux patients et en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations administratives.

Responsabilités principales

Accueillir les patients et assurer un suivi professionnel de leurs dossiers
Gérer et mettre à jour les dossiers médicaux et dentaires
Planifier et coordonner les rendez-vous des patients
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels de maniÚre efficace et courtoise
Effectuer la facturation, encaissements et suivi des comptes Ă  recevoir
Coordonner avec les compagnies d’assurance
Soutenir les dentistes, l’équipe clinique et le personnel avec diverses tĂąches administratives
Participer à la gestion des fournitures de bureau et autres tùches générales
Profil recherché

DiplÎme en secrétariat dentaire (ou expérience équivalente)
Minimum 1 an d’expĂ©rience dans un cabinet mĂ©dical ou dentaire
MaĂźtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion de cabinet dentaire
Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et gestion du temps
Professionnalisme, fiabilité et souci du service à la clientÚle

Horaire stable : 5 jours/semaine (du lundi Ă  vendredi ), environ 35h
