Responsibilities
Greet clients and new customers through phone call in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Maintain office files, records, and databases in an organized manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Monitor and take care of office supplies and equipment.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
assisting with simple accounting duties such as invoicing, payments and record-keeping
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent / Some College; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
