• Timely execution of Projected timelines
• Ensure to meet the budgeted amount & timelines
• Developing & continuous engagement with vendor
• Detailed study of project estimation & activity-based cost analysis
• Know about the industry practices & available resources
• Maintain 100% Compliance with Code of Conduct & companies procurement philosophy
• In time co-ordination with the internal & external stakeholders, floating RFQs, getting TA done & preparing CS, drawing negotiation strategy & drafting of contractual terms
• Formulating budgets, estimation & purchasing management of EPC Projects with projected timelines in discussion with respective stakeholders
• Search, Source & maintain database of potential suppliers and vendors
• Knowledge of different type of contracting structure, models with command on contract life cycle management
• No bypass in laid down systems & process and continue responses to possible audit checks.
