What we are looking for
We are seeking true hospitality professionals - individuals who:
Have previous experience as a Section or Senior Waitstaff in a premium dining environment
Are genuinely guest-focused, not just service-oriented
Understand the difference between service and true HOSPITALITY
Thrive in vibrant, fast-paced environments
French speaking or familiar with French language – preferred not required
Take pride in professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail
Bring personality, warmth, and energy to every shift
Hold a valid RSA
