Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing VM & Sales
• Ensuring store is as per SOP before opening time
• Delegating section VM changes to store team with specific timelines
• Audit and Upkeep for New product display
• Implicating & Reporting Marketing launches & Vendor launches
• Linear and SR study and review on monthly basis
• Product handling and planning catalogue placement of merchandise based on SOP
• Ensuring upkeep of all VM materials & fixtures instore
• Training of staff on visual merchandising.
Education Requirements Minimum HSC, GraduateSkills & Competencies "
• Customer handling and providing enhanced service experience Sales, visual merchansising, stock management People Management, Leadership skills, Stakeholder Management
