As a Senior Server/Section Water, you'll manage your own section, ensuring guests receive a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will:
• Manage full table service from greeting to bill
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu, cocktails, and our live seafood offerings
• Handle order taking, upselling, and efficient bill processing
• Take initiative in guest interactions and troubleshoot service issues swiftly
• Rotate as the designated Seafood Specialist on shift, advising guests on premium live seafood selections
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience in upscale dining or high-volume restaurants
• Deep product knowledge and pride in hospitality
• Friendly, attentive, and confident under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple tables efficiently
• Cross-training in basic bar service a strong plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
