The gig:
Work with MONA food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service
Deliver high standard hospitality experiences alongside art, music, and performers within our on-site restaurants and function venues
Confident in operating point of sale systems
Physically fit to perform set up and close down procedures
Provide beverage service to patrons in accordance with RSA guidelines
Understand and sell food, beverage, and guest experiences and offers
Understand and respect safe work practices and procedures
The you:
Experience working in full table service restaurant or hospitality venues of high global setting
Adaptable and able to work in various, fast-paced environments
Keen interest in wine, or significant hospitality experience and transferable skills
Passionate about Tasmanian food and produce
Professionally presented, with highly developed interpersonal skills
Solid appreciation and understanding for wine, beer, and cocktails
Must hold a valid and current Responsible Service of ******* (RSA) certificate
Availability and flexibility over all four trading days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday)
