Job Summary
The Security Manager will oversee the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times. This role involves coordinating activities with all security personnel to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times.
• Liaise with department heads to ensure adherence to established security procedures.
• Record and notify risks, deviations from hotel safety standards, and any untoward incidents.
• Track departmental safety records and document medically treated and non-treated injuries.
• Oversee the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee and Fire and Safety Committee.
• Manage the first aid program for guests and employees.
• Protect company assets by monitoring General Liability and Worker's Compensation cases.
• Assign duties and schedule staff to balance hotel needs and productivity standards.
• Mentor subordinate performance and monitor staff activity.
