Introduction:
An RTB role ensures processing is of the highest standard, whilst meeting agreed SLAs, and being mindful of risk, efficiency, budget and personal conduct.
What will you be doing?
Closely work with Vendor Settlements on fails and ensure escalations are handled effectively.
Run regular Business Engagement forums to understand / track the business requirements, identify opportunities, track operational issues and highlight upstream issues causing operational challenges
