Job Description
Sago is seeking a Security Analyst to join our team! This role will require the InfoSec Analyst to support day-to-day security operations, incident investigation, data analysis and reporting, and other infosec-related tasks. This role will require working with the Infrastructure team as well as the Service Desk team to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities, along with creating documentation or reports regarding activity and incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to security incidents (Service Desk Support), conducts forensic investigations.
Monitor security systems, investigate alerts and assist in response efforts.
Maintain documentation to support audits, risk assessments and compliance reporting.
Assist with vulnerability scans and reporting.
Assist with security awareness programs and phishing simulations.
Requirements

1 – 2 years of experience in security analyst role or technical security role.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on-approach to problem solving.
Basic understanding of networking, firewalls and the Windows operating system.
Knowledge of vulnerability management, endpoint security and SIEM solutions.
1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, Intune and Defender administration is a plus.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to create, maintain, and update security documentation.
