We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in cybersecurity and excellent customer service skills to join our Identity & Access Management tīma (team) as a Security Analyst - IAM.
Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
We sat down with one of our Product Owners (who you'd report to) and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role):
What are five day-to-day tasks the tūranga will complete?
Managing BNZ Identities & their access to BNZ systems using identity tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and Cyberark
Assisting internal customer with access enquiries, incident response and technical tautoko (support).
Ensuring all Identity Access Management Service Levels are met.
Collaborating with Senior Analysts and Developers on customer experience, oversight and identity lifecycle initiatives.
Identification of risk events and takes immediate appropriate action to manage risk.

I trust my tīma to manage their own time to get their work done, but they know they can contact me whenever they need tautoko, advice, or guidance.
What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?

What do we want you to know before you apply?
We have great skills and knowledge in our tīma, and we can teach you what you need to know, but a passion for technology and information & cybersecurity would be beneficial for a successful candidate.
What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
Excellent communication - you can explain technical issues/solutions to both business and technical tīma.
Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
A base understanding of Identity risk concepts.
Audit, Risk, Controls Background / exposures.
