At ANZ, our Security Domain is tasked with making ANZ a safe and more secure place by ensuring our corporate and customer information is secured. The Security Domain has group-wide accountability for providing functional and thought leadership for information security and provides advice, guidance and the right tools to enable everyone in ANZ to protect our information. We're looking for a talented Security Partner (Security Architect) to collaborate with the business and technology to ensure that security is prioritised and understood.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role you will ideally bring the following:
• Ability to articulate complex technical designs into requirements for consumption by delivery squads
• A willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of different technology stacks across the bank
• Influence business by becoming key, trusted security advisor to senior stakeholder groups (Tech Area Leads, Tribe Leads etc.) as well as various tribe members
• Experience with reviewing vendor contracts and embedding relevant security clauses
• Deep understanding of security architecture, with the ability to develop, evaluate and review as well as design secure solutions which facilitate scalability, extensibility and reusability
• Knowledge and understanding of threat modelling methodologies and common tactics, techniques and procedures in agile environments
Detailed Description
• Knowledge of cloud architectures and security controls such as network security, IAM, data protection and logging
• Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and the complexities of securely deploying applications to the cloud
• Develop and maintain re-usable security architecture and design patterns for consumption
• Strong understanding of attack vectors and ability to design and articulate security controls in an agile environment to protect against them
• Familiarity, demonstrated knowledge and experience in securing cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Container, and infrastructure as code deployments
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements such as APRA CPS234
• Industry / academic accreditations / certifications in Security, Architecture, Cloud or Technology disciplines preferred (e.g. CISSP, SABSA, CCSP, AWS, GCP, Bachelor Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
