🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Team Building:
Hire, train, and manage security guards and supervisors in assigned areas.
Marketing & Business Development:
Identify and approach new clients. Pitch our security solutions and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Catching New Points:
Actively explore and secure new business locations for providing security services.
Patrolling & Supervision:
Conduct regular field visits for on-site supervision. Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance of deployed personnel.
Client Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide regular updates and reports to management on operations and challenges.

Proven experience in security or facility management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Rajkot and Ahmedabad territory
Ability to work independently and handle team operations
Two-wheeler and smartphone must
