Jeffrey is seeking a poised, client-conscious Security Associate to serve as a trusted presence on our boutique floor — someone who understands that security in a luxury environment demands equal parts discretion, professionalism, and warmth.
THE ROLE
As a Security Associate at Jeffrey, you will protect our clientele, staff, and merchandise while preserving the welcoming, refined atmosphere our clients expect. You are the first and last impression—calm under pressure and respectful of every individual who walks through our doors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor the boutique floor and entrance to deter theft and ensure a safe environment
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Control access during private events, VIP appointments and after-hours operations
- Handle loss prevention situations with tact and discretion
- Coordinate with management on safety incidents and emergency procedures
- Maintain detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Assist with opening and closing security protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Georgia Security Officer License (required)
- Minimum 2 years of security experience; luxury retail or hospitality preferred
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Strong situational awareness with a calm, measured approach to conflict
- Excellent verbal communication skills; multilingual a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when needed
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
