About the Role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer & Concierge to join our team. This position combines the responsibilities of maintaining site safety and providing exceptional front-of-house service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-presented, and experienced in both security operations and customer service.
Responsibilities
Monitor premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and property.
Conduct regular patrols and respond promptly to incidents or alarms.
Greet and assist visitors, manage access control and sign-ins.
Provide concierge services including directions, assistance, and general enquiries.
Prepare detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Requirements
Current WA Security Officer Licence.
Valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent).
Current and unrestricted driver’s licence.
Working with Children Check (WWC)—required.
Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a security or concierge role required.
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
