Job Description
Haides Tactical Security is looking for a driven, confident Contracts Acquisition Specialist to secure new security service agreements with commercial clients.
Your sole focus is landing contracts, malls, retail chains, construction sites, hospitals, and commercial properties. No guarding, no scheduling, no admin work.
If you can open doors, book meetings, and close deals, this role is built for you.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (cold outreach, warm leads, in-person visits, email, phone)
Book and attend meetings with decision-makers (property managers, loss prevention, operations)
Present Haides Tactical Security’s services clearly and confidently
Close service agreements and hand off to operations
Track outreach and closed contracts
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Sales, security, or B2B experience preferred (not required)
Self-motivated and results-driven
Professional appearance and demeanor
Based in or familiar with the Ottawa area
Compensation (This Is Where It Gets Good)
Flat Payout Per Contract Closed, No Cap
Instead of percentage commissions, you earn a lump-sum payout for every contract you secure.
Payout Structure
$3,000 – $5,000 payout per contract closed depending on contract size
Payment issued once the client signs the agreement and service begins
Example:
$8,000/month security contract secured
You receive a $4,000 payout
$15,000+/month contract secured
You receive a $5,000 payout
Close 3–4 contracts and you could earn $12K–$20K+
Performance Bonus Option:
After 3 active contracts closed: payout increases to $5,000 per contract
After 5+ contracts closed: priority role for future large accounts
