Job Summary:
As a District Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of operations while ensuring service excellence and successful client relationships. You will have the authority to lead teams that enhance customer satisfaction and bolster business performance.
• Provide hands-on leadership and full responsibility for the district you manage.
• Ensure consistent delivery of top-notch security services.
• Manage operational performance to meet both service and profitability targets.
• Develop effective scheduling strategies to align with client and company objectives.
• Lead the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.
• Foster strong client relationships and champion initiatives that drive satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and help develop site supervisors and account managers.
• Encourage employee engagement and improve retention across your teams.

Position Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Aim to retain both clients and employees effectively.
• Experience managing branch operations focusing on profitability.
• Willingness to assist at lower levels when necessary while handling higher-level responsibilities.
• Organized, self-disciplined, technologically proficient, and effective communicator at all levels.
Education/Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Hold an Associate's degree.
• Possess 3 or more years of experience in the security industry and/or business management.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience that meet job requirements will be considered.
• Addendum: Additional relevant experience can be substituted for required education on a one-to-one basis.
