Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure facility, monitoring access, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service
Part time, Evening shift; 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Responds to medical, fire, maintenance, and security emergencies in the building
Functions as security/first response for the building
Contacts appropriate staff or professional emergency personnel (paramedics, fire, maintenance, management, and/or police) per building procedures
Clearly communicates issues and outcomes to manger/supervisor or next shift
Monitor cameras, alarms, and HVAC system
Greet and provide courteous assistance to visitors, residents, and vendors
Clerical and other office duties as assigned

We are looking for Security for our Senior Cooperative living located in Edina, MN! This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure facility, monitoring access, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service. This security schedule includes;
