We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. The Security Executive will be responsible for overseeing all security operations at Ibis Bengaluru City Centre, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. This role involves monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular patrols, responding to security incidents, and implementing effective security protocols.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage surveillance cameras and security systems.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
- Manage access control systems and oversee visitor management.
- Handle first aid and CPR during emergency situations.
- Collaborate with management to assess risks and develop threat analysis strategies.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
• Qualifications:
- PUC or any degree.
- Proven experience in security operations and surveillance.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, security systems, and fire safety regulations.
- Experience in handling first aid and CPR in emergencies.
- Familiarity with access control systems and visitor management protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in security management, occupational health and safety, or related fields are a plus.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and threat analysis techniques.
