The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling security manpower and must be capable of arranging at least 20–25 security guards or supervisors as soon as possible or as per client requirements.

- Experience/expertise in security manpower handling
- Good network of available guards/supervisors
- Ability to meet urgent deployment timelines
