Job description
Monitor entrances, exits, and general restaurant premises to ensure guest and staff safety.

Greet guests warmly while maintaining a strong security presence.

Handle any disturbances or altercations calmly and professionally.

Enforce restaurant policies regarding behavior, dress code, and ID checks (if required).

Respond quickly to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or security threats.

Patrol the restaurant area, parking lot, and surrounding property as assigned.

Monitor CCTV and alarm systems if available.

Work closely with management and local authorities if serious incidents occur.

Complete incident reports accurately and submit to management.

Assist with crowd control during busy periods, private events, or special functions.

Skills and Qualifications: Prior experience in security, preferably in hospitality or entertainment venues. Valid security license or certification (depending on local law). Good communication and conflict-resolution skills. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Physically fit with the ability to stand or patrol for long hours. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally. Working Conditions: Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Fast-paced environment, especially during peak service hours or events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,053.58 - ₹18,532.52 per month
