नियमों और विनियमों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए संरक्षकों की गतिविधियों की निगरानी करना शांत और पेशेवर तरीके से व्यवधान पैदा करने वाले व्यक्तियों से निपटना संरक्षकों की पहचान की जाँच करना और ड्रेस कोड और अन्य नीतियों को लागू करना संघर्षों को रोकना और उनका प्रबंधन करना आपातकालीन स्थितियों में सहायता करना और आवश्यकतानुसार बैकअप के लिए कॉल करना व्यवस्था बनाए रखना और सभी संरक्षकों के लिए सुरक्षित वातावरण सुनिश्चित करना Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in security or related field
Strong physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Knowledge of safety and emergency procedure
Familiarity with local laws and regulations
Experience working in high-pressure or high-volume settings
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a bouncer or in a similar security role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time and dealing with potentially violent situations
Ability to think quickly and remain calm in high-pressure situations
Strong understanding of safety and security procedures
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
