Job Opening: Security Guard

Job Overview:
Growth India is looking for a dependable and vigilant Security Guard to safeguard our premises in Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and property.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access to the facility
Conduct routine patrols and security checks
Prevent unauthorized access and suspicious activities
Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical incidents
Maintain a log of daily activities and incidents
Assist employees and visitors when needed
Report irregularities or security concerns immediately
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th Pass or equivalent
Prior experience in security (preferred but not mandatory)
Physically fit and alert
Willing to work 12-hour shifts (day/night as assigned)
Honest, punctual, and disciplined
Basic knowledge of security equipment (preferred)
Working Hours:
12-hour shift (rotational – day/night)
