Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify suspicious activity
Respond promptly to security breaches or emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations
Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance
Assist visitors and staff with directions or inquiries in a professional manner
Conduct loss prevention activities by identifying potential security risks and implementing preventive measures
Perform security checks on equipment, entrances, exits, and perimeter fences
Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems and monitoring techniques
Ability to remain calm and alert during high-pressure situations
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security best practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills and professional demeanor
Physical fitness to patrol large areas as needed
Must be able to pass background checks and any required screening processes
