Job Title: Security Guard / Caretaker
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Type: Full-Time (Accommodation Provided)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Security Guard / Caretaker to oversee the safety and upkeep of our premises in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be attentive, physically fit, and able to manage basic maintenance and caretaking duties. Free accommodation will be provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors, vehicles, and other persons.
Conduct regular patrols around the premises to ensure safety and security.
Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are properly locked.
Report any suspicious behavior or security breaches immediately.
Handle basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning, light repairs, and gardening.
Coordinate with facility management for any major repair or upkeep requirements.
Receive deliveries and supervise utility service visits.
Maintain a daily log of activities and observations.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a security, watchman, or caretaker role preferred.
Physically fit and alert.
Trustworthy, responsible, and proactive.
Ability to manage minor maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Basic knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or English.
Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation provided).
