Job Specification: • Perform scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the facility to check for any security breaches. • Utilize the company’s Medical Rep policies to issue visitors passes and make sure that each guest is accompanied by an employee before entering the facility fixed day time. • Assist the maintenance staff in securing an area during a maintenance emergency. • Maintain a professional and effective relationship with the local police and fire departments. • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. • Collection of out passes from the Hostel inmates going on permission/leave & Register Entry & Maintain Proper records. • To follow Employee Movement register as per norms. • Checking of outgoing staff and their vehicles and to do routine patrolling visit for IV Wheler / II Wheeler Parking areas. • Employee Frisking has to be done as per norms. • Guiding the public for easy approach to departments, Wards & Doctors OPDs. • Checking of hired water tanker for the quantity and quality of water and recording necessary entries in the appropriate register in order to cross check while passing the bills for payment. • Receiving the patients and directing them to the Dr’s OPD/Main reception. • Providing wheelchair/ stretcher for the sick patients who are coming to the Hospital through car/II wheeler. • Regulating the Patient / Attender in OP reception area to receive / send off the patients very smoothly. • Extending adequate help/information to the patients, attenders, visitors for easy access to wards, rooms and Dr’s OPDs. • Reporting to Chief security officer. Preferred candidate profile Qual: Any qualification Age: Below 50years preferred.
