The Pratap Security Services is looking for vigilant and dedicated Security Guards to join our team in Anand Nagar, Surat. As a Security Guard at The Pratap Security Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role demands alertness, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to act quickly and calmly in emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security.
• Conduct regular patrolling of assigned premises to detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Provide assistance during emergencies, including performing first aid and CPR if necessary.
• Ensure that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
• Manage and control crowds during events or emergencies.
• De-escalate situations and resolve conflicts to maintain peace and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors with inquiries and directions.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
• Open to all education levels.
• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods.
• Keen observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Willingness to undergo security training provided by The Pratap Security Services.
