Job Description
As a Residency Security Guard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the residents, property, and assets within the designated residency premises. You will be entrusted with maintaining a vigilant presence, enforcing residency policies and procedures, and responding promptly and effectively to any security concerns or emergencies that may arise.
Control access to the residency premises by verifying the identity of residents, guests, and visitors.
Enforce residency entry and exit procedures, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate records of entry and exit.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Proven experience in security or related field, preferably in a residential or community setting.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
